Refund and Returns Policy

At AdS-Stir, we strive to provide high-quality advertising services and ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the results. However, as our services are digital in nature, it’s important to note that our Refund and Returns Policy is designed with fairness and transparency in mind.

1. Refunds for Services

Since our services are intangible and delivered online, we do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated or delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as:

  • Campaign Performance Analysis (ROI & ROAS)
  • Analytics Setup & Integration
  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
  • Competitor Analysis
  • A/B Testing
  • Detailed Reporting & Data Visualization

Once a service has been started or completed, we consider it fully rendered.

2. Client Satisfaction

We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the services we provide. If you feel that the services have not met the agreed-upon expectations or deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will work with you to address your concerns, provide adjustments, or offer additional consulting to resolve any issues.

3. Service Modifications

If you require modifications or additional work beyond the original scope of the project, we will be happy to provide a quote for the necessary adjustments. All such modifications will be billed separately.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding the quality of the services rendered, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We value open communication and will work diligently to resolve any issues. In case we are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, we may offer alternative solutions such as partial credit towards future services, depending on the specific situation.

5. Refund Eligibility for Prepaid Services

For any services that have been paid for in advance but not yet started, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of AdS-Stir. If you wish to cancel a prepaid service before we begin work, please contact us within 48 hours of payment to be eligible for a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as custom reports, specific ad spend management, and specialized consulting, may be non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the work. These services will be clearly marked as non-refundable in the service agreement or contract.

7. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or make changes to your order, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Once a campaign has started or a service has been initiated, cancellation or changes may not be possible without incurring additional charges.
